Redfrost aided Council in delivering a successful project through the provision of project management and construction administration for Stage 1 of the Beaudesert Town Centre Revitalisation. Stage 1 included the construction of an extension to Selwyn Street with on-street parking, the construction of a roundabout with raised priority pedestrian crossings and the construction of a new off-street parking facility.

Project scope included major earthworks, pavement construction, asphalting, sewerage and water relocations, electrical, lighting, stormwater drainage, footpaths, bio-retention devices and landscaping.

Redfrost’s scope included design management, service relocation coordination, community consultation, Tender administration. Contract administration services included Superintendent, Superintendent representative duties as well as providing a full-time inspector for the construction of these works.
